P.Hall-Founder,Executive Director

Patrick Hall is a Houston native who relocated to the Dallas, Texas area to study Accounting. Patrick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Southwestern Assemblies of God University located in Waxahachie, Texas. Through great focus and determination, Patrick also earned his A.S. in Business Administration and an A.A. in Biblical Studies while actively playing collegiate football for the school’s program. In 2019, Patrick closed his university football career by representing SAGU’s football team in the All-American bowl game. Patrick actively began his professional accounting career in 2018 and has expanded his accounting experience diversely in the areas of tax, public accounting, industry, and nonprofit accounting. He anticipates becoming a CPA in the near future. 

Patrick’s passion to support and develop future leaders in the community has led him to become the Wide Receivers Coach at Trinity Christian High School in Cedar Hill, TX. Under his direction and training, his team became the Texas Christian Athletic Association’s First National Champions in 2020. On June 14, 2020, he founded “A Change Is Coming Scholarship Fund.” Though faced with obstacles in today’s world, Patrick’s initiative inspires his recipients to accomplish success regardless of their ages, family challenges, or social backgrounds.

D.Diggles,MBA - Vice President

Native of the DFW area, Dy’Teesha attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University established in Waxahachie, TX. Dy’Teesha earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Master of Business Administration. While in her undergraduate studies, she additionally gained an A.A in Biblical Studies and A.S. in Business Administration while playing on the women’s basketball team. In 2016, Dy’Teesha went on a Business for Missions trip to India to develop and implement micro-businesses for under-developed countries and then teach the locals how to do so as well. Along with other business students, she taught others how to provide for themselves while developing business skills and gaining experience for the business world. 

Dy’Teesha has a heart for business concepts used for operational management. The method of production redesign for exceptional service or goods is where she excels. She actively began baking for family and friends in 2018 under “Baker Dotty’s.” Dy’Teesha’s ultimate goal is to use her business studies to aid in fully operating her own bakery.

Y.Ellis, MScEng -Sponsorship and Partnership Director

Yohn I. Ellis Jr. was born and raised in Houston Texas. He is a Doctoral Student at Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas, studying Electrical Engineering, and is employed with Hewlett Packard as a Program Manager. He is interested in various aspects of engineering as a discipline, but also appreciates literature, history, and the arts recreationally. Yohn is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. He has served the community in various forms ranging from mentorship to volunteer service. Yohn is an advocate for higher education and plans to inspire the youth to overcome adversity to achieve high scholastic standards. In his free time, he enjoys playing various sports and video games, going to amusement parks, and modifying cars. Yohn aspires to enjoy a full career as an engineer and retire to serve as a professor at an HBCU to assist the development of the next leaders.

C.Ibe, Attorney at Law -Public Relations Director

Crystal Ndidi Ibe was born in Flint, Michigan but raised in North Richland Hills, Texas. She is a licensed attorney, practicing law in Texas and Washington, D.C., and is the owner and operator of The Ibe Law Firm, PLLC, where she handles a variety of issues for individuals and businesses.

 Crystal Ndidi Ibe attended the United States Naval Academy on a full volleyball scholarship after receiving her nomination to attend from then-Vice President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. After 2 years at the Naval Academy, she transferred to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in English. From there, she attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law of Texas Southern University. While still in law school, she published her solo-authored law review article entitled “Feeding the Homeless: The Criminalization of a Humanitarian Act.”

 Crystal Ndidi Ibe is committed to truly making a positive impact in the community. She currently serves on the North Richland Hills Zoning Board of Adjustment and previously served as Secretary of the Executive Board of the Dallas-Fort Worth Professionals Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers. She is a member of the Northeast Tarrant Chamber of Commerce and volunteers her time by serving as a guest speaker to high school students and mentoring aspiring law students. She was also a candidate for North Richland Hills City Council in the May 2021 general election.

I.Goins -Community Outreach Director

Isaac Goins was born in Huntsville, Alabama but raised in Houston, Texas. Isaac received his Bachelor of Science degree in Maritime Transportation and Security Management with a focus in International Logistics and a minor in Geography from Texas Southern University. While at Texas Southern, Isaac served on the African Student Association Executive Board and was elected to be Mr. ASA. He was also elected to serve as the Maritime Student Association Vice President. 

Isaac is a Third Class Petty Officer in the United States Navy and is now headed into his 1L year of law school at Western Michigan University’s Thomas Cooley School of Law. He is the Founder of “The George-Goins Foundation,” a non-profit organization that focuses on mentoring black children from middle school through high school. Isaac is now the Lead Legal Clerk at The Rhodes Law Firm P.C., working directly under Attorney Eric Rhodes. Isaac also has had an internship with the Harris County Criminal Courts and worked under the Honorable Judge Darrell William Jordan of Court 16. Isaac is also currently actively working with the Harris County Texas Young Democrats and Harris County Texas Elections. Isaac Goins believes that Progressive Politics can have a large impact on black communities in this country.

B.Fields, BSN, RN. -Professional Development Director

Brandy Fields is a full and proud resident of Dallas, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in December 2018. She currently works as a travel RN where she picks up local and state contracts from different hospitals in and out of Texas. Her background work is in the Intensive Care Unit where she cares for several different patients on ventilators, multiple life-saving medications, etc. Brandy plans to further her career in healthcare administration.

Currently, Brandy is a subscribing life-member of the NAACP. She has worked with this organization from the local to the national level. She is also one the first graduates of the National Leadership NextGen Program. Also, she is a financial member of the Southwest Dallas County Alumnae chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. In her spare time, Bandy likes to shop and spend quality time with family and friends

T.Hill - Marketing Director

Toras Hill was raised in Fort Worth, Texas. He attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Sport Management, an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, and an A.A. in Biblical Studies. During his time at Southwestern, Toras played football where he was recognized as a 2nd Team All-Conference player and was a 2015 Victory Bowl Champion. He concluded his football career in 2018 at the All-American Bowl in Minneapolis, Minnesota at U.S. Bank Stadium. 

Toras currently works at Boulevard Heights School in Fort Worth, Texas. Boulevard Heights is a school specialized for students with autism as well as other disabilities. In the near future, Toras plans on becoming a certified teacher and coaching high school football.
